January 2023, Fishing Report.
This January has been one of the best in recent memory for mild weather conditions! Lot’s of great days on the ice in both Banff and Calgary regions so far this winter!
We have seen some nice Rainbow Trout, Bull Trout and Lake Trout caught through the ice, as well as some very nice Northern Pike and Walleye.
The ice is very thick for this time of year, which has created very safe conditions for walking and driving on most of the lakes we ice fish.
